  Our chartering team works in close collaboration with commodity traders to provide voyage and time chartering solutions meeting their commodity delivery requirements. Chartering team has established sustaining relations with many our counterparties and provide global and flexible solutions for commodity traders. Timely spot chartering in and out operations and deep market knowledge helps us outperform the market.

  Shipping Operators are responsible for all post-fixture operations. They are at the heart of all our operations, works using modern Shipping IT platform and available 24/7 for our customers and crew ensuring no delays in the Company’s delivery commitments. Many of our Shipping Operations have long family traditions of working in maritime industry. 

  Bunkering team fuels our fleet ensuring efficiency on global scale cost base and meeting responsible consumption requirements. Our bunker purchase strategy is to work with main bunker producers in key shipping areas to ensure cost effective fuel supply and minimizing cost of operations. Long term agenda of bunkering team includes monitoring of evolving ecological requirements for bunker fuel and planning of actions to be in compliance with these requirements. 

  Demurrage and Claims team supports timely settling of all contracts breaching issues and ensures maintaining good relations with our client portfolio. All claims are handles on clear statement of facts and automated algorithms which help to ensure absence of any biased in our day-to-day activities.

  Technical Management team is responsible for technical management of the vessels under full management in compliance with the Company’s Safet Management System. Key priorities of our technical managers are ensuring fulfillment of voyage deadlines and continuously working on improving ecological footprint and wellbeing of seafarers. All our technical managers have multiyear seafarer experience.

 HSSE team ensures that all Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, Marine and Quality regulations and best practices are integrated into the Company’s Safety Management System and all Maretta Shipping personnel works in compliance with it. 

 Our Finance team supports the business operations in each aspect, including vessel life cycle value valuation and monitoring, voyage profitability calculation and analysis, order to pay lifecycle execution and control.  

  Our operations are done using cutting edge technological platforms for chartering, shipping operations, technical management, HSSE and finance.  All operations decisions in the Company are based on facts provided by IT platforms. The company invests a lot in IT and process improvement to ensure sustainable operations.
